After successfully registering a Zhihuo account, you can use your Zhihuo account to log in to the "Zhihuo Mall". When logging in, you need to provide us with your Zhihuo account information. If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to log in and purchase products on the "VigorOn Mall". At this time, you can use the browsing and search functions, and we will not collect your personal information as mentioned above.
You can choose to use only your personal facial information to access the facial recognition login service for the account you hold. In order to confirm your identity through your face information, you agree and authorize us to obtain your personal real name identity information (name, ID card number, ID card photo) and face photo under this account so as to verify your identity in combination with your identity information and face information. If you do not wish for the facial recognition information you provide to be saved by us for subsequent comparison and verification of your authorization, you can choose to withdraw your authorization. (3) Ordering and Order Management
When you are ready to settle the items in your shopping cart, the plant vitality system will generate an order for your purchase. You need to fill in at least your recipient's name, shipping address, and mobile phone number in the order. The order will also include the order number, information about the goods or services you purchased, the time of placing the order, the amount of payment you should make, and the payment method; You can provide additional contact information such as the recipient's phone number and email address to ensure accurate delivery of the goods. However, not providing these details will not affect the generation of your order. If you need to issue an invoice, you also need to provide the invoice header, taxpayer identification number, and email address for receiving the invoice.
When implementing transactions for certain special types of goods or services, you may also need to provide other necessary information, such as booking air tickets, train tickets, hotels, group travel, purchasing mobile phone number cards or contract machines, handling broadband, cross-border transactions, and applying for energy-saving subsidies on Zhishengsheng. We need to share your plant vitality order number and transaction amount information with these payment institutions to complete the order payment function. For the convenience of your normal use of the wallet function, the account amount information for opening and using the VigorOn wallet will be displayed on the corresponding payment institution page.
(5) Deliver product and/or service functionalities
When you place an order and choose cash on delivery or complete payment online, or choose to receive trial products or prizes, VigorOn, its affiliates, suppliers, merchants cooperating with VigorOn, or third-party delivery companies (hereinafter referred to as "delivery companies") will complete the delivery of your order. You acknowledge and agree that VigorOn, its affiliates, suppliers, merchants or delivery companies cooperating with VigorOn will use your order information during the above process to ensure the safe delivery of your ordered goods.
